My specialty is Custom Made Woodworking. This can apply to a wide range of applications. My focus is to make something which is suited to your individual needs, such as a project with a particular size, appearance, function or all three. It solves the problem of searching for an item which fits all of your needs and in the end making do with something which doesn’t tick all of your boxes. We make exactly what you’re looking for to suit your needs.

We prefer that the majority of the work is done in our workshop where we have all of the machines and tools to hand, then deliver and install the finished product to your home or business. Feel free to use the Contact Page to discuss a project or sign up for updates in my Blog.

“Plan Your Project” page is intended as a basic guide to assist developing a project should you wish to be more involved in it. Dispatch – Made-To-Order items

Once an order is placed, payment in full is made and this is confirmed by us, we aim to ship your product in 5 to 7 business days.

Once an order is placed, payment in full is made and this is confirmed by us, we aim to ship your product in 2 to 3 business days.

Should there be any difference with the timeframes mentioned, we would inform you as soon as possible. As always, let us know if you have any special requirements at the time of ordering.

Returns – Made-To-Order items

Reasons for custom-made item returns: In the event your order has been damaged in transit, defective or an incorrect order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. To avoid delays in sending items back, you will be required to email photo(s) of the damage, defect or incorrect order, we will send replacement(s) as soon as possible.

Returns – Ready-Made items

If you would like to return a ready-made item, you may do so within 7 days of delivery.

Returns only with original packaging, in perfect condition. It is strongly recommended to use an insured delivery service. All items returned at your own expense. Include your original receipt or invoice.

Once your return is received back and the above is verified, your refund will be issued to the same account within 30 days.

Feedback

We truly wish for you to receive only the best products. Only high quality materials and craftsmanship are used with great care. By definition, your received products are unique items which occasionally contain knots which as part of the beauty of natural wood. After completing your items, we continue to pay close attention with packaging to make sure that you receive your items in perfect condition.

When you are super happy receive your items, we would appreciate hearing about it. We will be just as happy if you would like us to post a testimonial on our website on your behalf.

In the rare occasion that you are not completely satisfied with the received product, please contact us directly to allow us to fix any issues before giving feedback in public. We not only want you to have the best products, we want to be aware of any issues which we may prevent for the future.
